How do I choose the right model?
Start with the largest container you plan to make. Up to 10L, look at the MP-D series. For 5L to 20L, choose MP-FS or MP-FD. For 30L and above, such as barrels and water tanks, choose the accumulative VNK series. Then decide how many die heads you need for your output.
What materials can the machines process?
HDPE, PP, PVC and PA. For other materials, see our special material machines.
Can the machine make two-layer containers?
Yes. A two-layer die head is available as an option, and we also offer dedicated multi-layer blow molding machines.

What is the difference between HDPE blow molding and injection molding?
Blow molding makes hollow containers such as bottles, jerry cans, barrels and tanks by inflating a heated plastic tube inside a mold. Injection molding injects melted plastic into a mold to make solid or thin-walled parts such as caps and crates. Our machines are blow molding machines, so they make hollow containers, not injection-molded parts.
